Comfortable bed and a nice room with a terrace to chill on. the hotel is located in the center, not right by the lake 🏞️.

The room had just been redone and had a nice balcony, which we really enjoyed during our stay. It's in a great spot right near restaurants, and the views were amazing! 🌟

Great location, very warm and welcoming. We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The family room was affordable and spacious enough for our family of four. The hotel is conveniently located near a playground, which was perfect for our kids to play while we enjoyed a drink. The food was delicious and gave us an authentic Italian experience. The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us and our children feel welcome. it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located high up on the mountain and doesn't appear on the map, making it a bit tricky to find. It took us about 30 minutes to reach the city from the hotel.

Location next to the lake side, and the church, square and sports facility. Plenty of outstanding food for meals.

It had a charming vintage style that reminded me of the good old days. The general areas were spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff were always ready to assist me and made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be to have more activities specifically tailored for us. It would have been nice to have some organized tours or events that catered to our interests and needs.

the location is stunning, close to Lake Como and surrounded by beautiful greenery and mountains. the rooms are freshly decorated, exceptionally clean, and offer a comforting tea on a rainy evening. 3. the hotel provides fantastic value for money. 4. the terrace is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. 5. the staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming.

The rooms at Hotel National in Zelbio were amazing! I absolutely loved the parquet floors and the views of the surrounding mountains, which were breathtaking. The en suite bathrooms were also a plus, with a bidet and shower, and they even provided free toiletries. Certain rooms even had a cozy seating area, which made the stay more comfortable. As a guest who appreciates a relaxing and visually appealing environment, I was very impressed with the room.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the kitchenette in the studio.

The staff members were fantastic, friendly, and attentive. the hotel was adjacent to Como and Bellagio. -We visited places like Entrata Grotte Zelbio, which was relatively near the property.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my visit. The location was perfect for me as it was quiet and away from the busy areas of Lake Como. I could easily explore the mountain on the other side of the lake, which was just behind the city of Bellagio. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, including a cozy and well-decorated bedroom with a comfy bed. The cleanliness was also top-notch. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and reasonably priced food provided at the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were fantastic.

We had an incredible New Year experience at this hotel! The family who runs the place made us feel like part of their own family, and the food was absolutely delicious. Two facts worth mentioning are the spacious and clean rooms, and the authentic Italian cuisine prepared with love. The location was also perfect, nestled in a picturesque village near Lake Como. And one more advantage was the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better way to ring in the New Year!
